The Garden House at Blagdon
Nestled at the foot of the Mendip Hills, and set amongst 15 acres of stunning grounds at Coombe Lodge, the Garden House Bed and Breakfast is the perfect place to stay when attending a wedding or conference at the lodge, travelling to or from Bristol airport or simply visiting Bristol and Bath, the Mendip hills or the Chew Valley lakes for some fishing.

Centrally located within a 20- 30 minutes of major routes and motorways, the Garden House at Blagdon provides comfortable and well-priced accommodation for Bristol airport. The airport is 10 minutes away by car or taxi.

While most of our guests attend weddings at Coombe Lodge, there are some beautiful places to visit in the area, including Bath and Bristol with their incredible restaurants, the Clifton Suspension Bridge, the Wild Place project and We The Curious (both great for kids) together with Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves and fishing in the Chew Valley lakes. We also host Wildlife Photography and Bird-watching holidays.

Excellent value for money with a welcoming & friendly host.
The garden house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, the beds are really comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. To top it off breakfast was fantastic - a selection of continental and hot breakfast was available (all of which was really tasty and good quality). Can’t rate highly enough!!
