Tariff and Bookings

We offer check-ins from 12pm, if you are arriving later in the day and we cannot be around, we can send you instructions to pick up your key from our key safe box.

Our check-in time of 12pm is earlier than most other B&B’s to allow for guests to check in before the wedding.

We have to prepare each room individually from the previous nights guests. However, if you do require earlier entry, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you, if it we can.

We are in the grounds of Coombe Lodge and the access is 130 yards, along a lit path.

No, we are an entirely seperate business, but we work very closely with Coombe Lodge to give our guests the best possible experience.

We certainly do. Please ask - we normally situate it on the landing at the top of the stairs

We do have cots available and they are free of charge. We also have high chairs for the dining room.

We have a very strict non-smoking / vaping policy for all bedrooms and public spaces. Please see our terms and conditions.

Whilst our rooms are not classed as disabled, we have two rooms on the ground floor and one of these rooms has grab rails for better access. 

Yes, some of our rooms can be either a Super King bed or split into two full size single beds. Please contact us as this must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance, preferably earlier.

Yes of course, you will receive a digital registration form from us 4 days before arrival, on this there will be a section to tell us your diet/ allergies.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept pets of any kind.

We do of course accept guide dogs, but would appreciate advanced notice.

Yes, we have parking directly outside of The Garden House with enough space for 10 cars. You will receive directions on how to find us one day before arrival or you can check our Location page

Yes, we recently were on the programme 'Four In A Bed’, we had lots of fun filming and taking part.
